Where do you deliver?
We deliver throughout London and the UK. Unfortunately we are currently unable to deliver to the Scottish Isles, Northern Ireland, Isle of Wight, Isle of Man, Jersey, Guernsey and Scilly Isles.
When do you deliver?
For most London addresses we deliver 6 days a week, Monday to Saturday.
For nationwide and some Greater London addresses, we deliver 5 days a week, Tuesday to Saturday.
Same day & selected day London delivery
We offer same day delivery for local London addresses when the order is placed before 12pm, Monday - Saturday. You can also select delivery on a future date.
Our drivers will hand deliver your bouquet between 10am and 7pm, unfortunately we cannot guarantee or specify a time slot. If no one is home to receive the flowers, a delivery note will be left to specify whether the bouquet was left with a neighbour or in a safe place on the property.
We do not offer tracking for these deliveries as our drivers generally have a long list of deliveries (and London traffic) to contend with.
For addresses further afield, we deliver Tuesday-Saturday. This includes addresses outside of London as well as some Greater London postcodes.
We can offer next day delivery to these addresses if your order is placed before 12pm, or alternatively you can select a future delivery date.
We use our trusted courier, DPD to deliver nationwide orders. DPD will typically make their deliveries before 12pm, and tracking information will be sent to the email address and phone number provided.
Why can’t I order a certain item?
Some of our flowers and plants are not available for nationwide delivery due to their delicate nature, size or the packaging that would be required. Believe us, no one wants to spend 30 minutes unwrapping their flowers! These include Pandora’s Box, Full House, Plant, Succulent and Mojave Selection Boxes, Blanc Box, Heart-shaped Box, The Master, Lovebug, The Master and The Don.

How will my nationwide delivery arrive?
Grace & Thorn are a completely independent company and all orders will be made by us, sent from our studio to your front door using our trusted nationwide courier service. This means that those going a bit further away need a bit of extra packing to arrive safely.
Flowers are carefully wrapped with kraft paper, and fresh flowers will have a floral gel to keep them hydrated on their journey. These will then be placed in a special flower delivery box, carefully packed out with more kraft paper.
If your order comes with a vase, this will be wrapped separately in the same package.
Flower care / How do I make the most out of my bouquet?
Fresh flowers are natural, perishable items, and just like that bunch of coriander in the fridge, they will eventually go over. However there’s plenty you can do to make them last a bit longer.
Keep your vase filled all the way to the top with fresh water. Change the water completely every couple of days and re-snip your stems, cutting about 2cm off at an angle. Pop them somewhere out of direct sunlight and away from radiators, air con or draughty spots.
We use a broad range of flowers, foliage and grasses in our arrangements, some of which will last longer than the other parts of it. If any stems start to go over, remove them so that they don’t set the others one off too.
If your flowers came with a vase, we highly recommend you use that vase, as the flowers will have been for it and will do their best in it.
How long will my flowers last?
The longevity of fresh flowers varies greatly depending on time of year, variety and at home placement and care. As natural, perishable items and we never guarantee certain longevity. As we use a broad range of flowers, foliage and grasses in our arrangements, some of which will last longer than the other parts of it. Check out our care advice for getting the most out of your flowers.
Dried flower care guide
Dried flowers are a great option if you want an arrangement that will last. Treated right, they will last you for years to come.
Keep them in a spot that is out of direct sunlight and has relatively low humidity. A bit of airflow is good, but nothing too draughty as they are delicate and don’t like to be blown about too much.
Dust regularly with a soft feather duster (but be gentle), and you can spritz lightly with hair spray to limit any dropping or shedding.
As a natural item, even dried flowers will inevitably fade and change in appearance over the years, it’s just mother nature doing her thing, they will still be gorgeous!
